The NPR (Non Product Related) procurement specialist Procurement Services from Houten, Eindhoven and Leeuwarden (The Netherlands), has been taken over 100% by the French EPSA Group as of the end of January. The increasingly international dimension of clients, the challenge to develop further and the desire to safeguard the future were the main reasons for this take over. The French company with approximately 1,500 employees worldwide, focuses on optimizing business performance, productivity and profitability for its clients.
Enrichment of knowledge and services
EPSA has far-reaching international expertise organized into 7 business lines, namely: Procurement, Marketplace, Tax, Innovation, Transformation & Digital, Energy & Environment and Finance. “For Procurement Services, it is a next and logical step in our existence. Strong in Europe, active on 6 continents
EPSA was founded in 2001 and specialized in indirect procurement consulting. Today, EPSA has around 1,500 employees in 35 countries, spread across 25 offices on 6 continents with a particularly strong presence in Europe and the US. The Netherlands was still the missing piece of the puzzle in Europe and will now be filled by Procurement Services. Procurement Services will continue to operate independently under its own name with the same employees and management team.
