The increasingly international dimension of clients, the challenge to develop further and the desire to safeguard the future were the main reasons for this take over. The French company with approximately 1,500 employees worldwide, focuses on optimizing business performance, productivity and profitability for its clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Enrichment of knowledge and services <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>EPSA has far-reaching international expertise organized into 7 business lines, namely: Procurement, Marketplace, Tax, Innovation, Transformation &amp; Digital, Energy &amp; Environment and Finance. &#8220;For Procurement Services, it is a next and logical step in our existence. It is a wonderful opportunity to further expand our services,&#8221; says Martijn Heijmans, Director and major sharehoulder at Procurement Services. &#8220;There is an enormous knowledge potential in the various EPSA Group companies. Together with Andr\u00e9 Seltenrijch, he founded Procurement Services in 2005. Today, EPSA has around 1,500 employees in 35 countries, spread across 25 offices on 6 continents with a particularly strong presence in Europe and the US. The Netherlands was still the missing piece of the puzzle in Europe and will now be filled by Procurement Services.
